Free Shipping on All US Orders
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States. All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) from our fulfillment centers located across the US.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (FREE)
- Amazon Prime Shipping: 2-3 business days (FREE for eligible orders)
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at frontdesk@blumoraglow.com
Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at frontdesk@blumoraglow.com , and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
