📦 Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
🌍 International Returns (EU Customers)
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to return items for any reason. All standard return conditions apply.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
